Chinese Law Prof Blog available again in China

The saga continues. I just arrived in Beijing and tried to access this blog via a local ISP just to see what would happen. I'm pleased to see that it's back on the air, so to speak.

The story here is that typepad has changed its IP-address at the end of 2005 and obvious the issue is not so important for the censor, so they did not change it, yet.

Interesting. When our blog first went up a couple of weeks ago, it was instantly blocked
in Shanghai, but available in Qingdao, Dalian, and Yantai. Have you ever heard of this?
