Welcome Guest Blogger Elizabeth Pollman
We here at the BLPB are very pleased to welcome Elizabeth Pollman on board for a month of guest blogging. Elizabeth Pollman is a fellow at the Rock Center for Corporate Governance at Stanford University. Before joining Stanford Law School as a fellow, Elizabeth was an associate at Latham & Watkins where she worked on a variety of corporate transactional and litigation matters. She also clerked for the Honorable Raymond C. Fisher of the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Elizabeth’s recent scholarship includes Reconceiving Corporate Personhood, Utah L. Rev. (forthcoming 2011), and Citizens Not United: The Lack of Stockholder Voluntariness in Corporate Political Speech, 119 Yale L.J. Online 53 (2009).
