Welcome to the Grand Re-Opening of the Business Law Prof Blog

I'll be posting here Saturdays and Thursdays.  To get a taste of the type of things I'll be writing about you can check out some of my posts from the past year over at the Akron Law Cafe.  My general standard is: If the Wall Street Journal is writing about it, it's fair game for a business law blog.

Speaking of the Akron Law Cafe and liberal interpretations of "business law"--might I interest you in some health care discussion?  My colleague, Will Huhn, has been running a fascinating series on the issue and you can start with post 101 (Is the "Nebraska Compromise" Constitutional?) and work your way back.  Enjoy!
