Sjostrom Joins Blog
You may have noticed that my name, Bill Sjostrom, appears at the bottom of some of the recent posts. This is because I have become an official “contributor” to the blog. I’m an assistant professor at Salmon P. Chase College of Law, Northern Kentucky University (it's located about 10 miles from downtown Cincinnati). I teach business law classes (corporations, securities regulation, M&A, contracts, contract drafting) and write in the securities regulation area. This is my fourth year as a law prof. Before coming to NKU, I practiced corporate law for six years in Minneapolis MN, both at a law firm and in-house. Thanks for visiting the blog. [Bill Sjostrom]
