"I'd been waiting for this for a long time and they have finally gotten around to
publishing it, and it was entered on the Business Section website with so little
fanfare that I almost missed it. Since no one else has put it up, I will.
It is a handbook sized listing and analysis of a lot of 'lesser liens.' It might be
a good review tool when considering asking for lien avoidance (to cover more
possible liens)."
