Info from Chapter 13 Trustee

1. As you are aware, Judge Donovan has consolidated his two August Chapter 13 Calendars and will have only one Confirmation Hearing and Trustee Motion Calendar on August 25, 2011. In order to provide all parties with an orderly review of cases set for confirmation hearing on that day, the Trustee's Office will begin reviewing files on August 1, 2011. (7/28/11)

2. Therefore, please submit all responses to Trustee Objections and file any other documents you feel are required for your client's plan to be confirmed as soon as possible. Additionally, if you intend to convert cases to chapter 7, please file your Notice of Conversion to 7 as soon as possible. Thank you. (7/28/11)
