Dish Network To Buy Satellite Co DBSD For $1 Billion
"Dish Network Corp. (DISH: 21.83, -0.16, -0.73%) agreed to buy reorganized satellite company DBSD North America Inc., which is operating under bankruptcy protection, for about $1 billion."
