Arrow Bankruptcy Trustee Seeks $12 Million From Former Top Executives
"In the first lawsuit filed in U.S. Bankruptcy Court against former top officers of bankrupt Arrow Trucking Co., bankruptcy trustee Patrick J. Malloy III seeks to reclaim at least $12.8 million from the company’s former owner and its former chief executive."
