In its 19th year, ABI’s Bankruptcy Battleground West continues the tradition of bringing
seasoned insolvency professionals together to discuss, debate and learn about leading
issues of bankruptcy law.

This year’s program addresses some of the most intriguing issues that have emerged
during the latest insolvency cycle, including California’s municipal financial
troubles, challenges facing insolvent real estate enterprises and the latestlegal
developments in chapter 11 plan confirmation proceedings.

The program will again include a courtroom-style debate featuring two of the leading
practitioners in our field, and a keynote speech by Professor Kenneth N. Klee of the
UCLA School of Law. Klee will share insights and experiences from his recent tenure
as a court appointed examiner in the chapter 11 cases of media giant Tribune Co.
and its subsidiaries.

Interesting speakers such as Central Distirct of California Judges Smith, Russell,
Bauer, Bluebond and Carroll.

Approval for approximately 5 hours of CLE credit and 6 hours of CPE
credit is available.
