Message from Peter Anderson re Creditors' Meetings

Dear Colleagues:

Please be aware of the following:

Beginning in October 2010, due to the large number of cases filed, there will be Ch7 341(a)s held in downtown LA at the Convention Center.
Please note the following instruction/information from our member, US Trustee, Peter Anderson:

As you know, we will be holding Chapter 7 Meetings at the LA Convention Center in the coming months. We will only be able to provide telephonic translation services in 1 room, because we have only 1 wireless bluetooth hookup. That is, if we are running 3 rooms on any particular day (which is going to happen), then we will only be able to provide telephonic translation services in 1 of the rooms and the other two will be on their own, like the old days. When we get closer to the time, I will try to get you an email reminder of the hearings dates that will be at issue. I am sending you this as a heads-up.
