It's common for debtors to worry about this meeting. Perhaps they imagine being grilled in a Perry Mason-like cross-examination about their debts and finances....thanks for sharing

They look back 1 year from when you file bankruptcy for expensive purchases.Best to have no visible assets or just enough to cover legal fees. A bankruptcy lawyer should be no more than $350.Not legal advice just facts.
