Peter Pocklington Pleads Guilty to Bankruptcy Fraud

Filing a fraudulent bankruptcy petition is a sure-fire way of messing up the whole bankruptcy proceeding. The IRS takes bankruptcy fraud very seriously and can lead to criminal prosecution.
