We are just over half way through a chapter 13 plan. We recently were told that we will be receiving an inheritance of around 15,000 after withholding. I have checked several info sites, and there seems to be little consensus on how this would effect the order. Would you have any thoughts? The case in in the North Texas district if that makes a difference.
