Judge Alan Jaroslovsky - A Warning to Attorneys Representing Individual Chapter 11 Debtors

Prof Hayes has a remarkable talent for nailing the proverbial obvious nail head directly.

Today, it appears - that he was drinking from a higher proof barrel than the one alleged of His Honor.

The Chapter 11 process has been consumately abused - profusely - throughout the country. Including, but not limited the abuse of avoiding Chapter 7 by creating incongruous (sometimes heinous) Liquidating Chapter 11's.
.
His Honor - is one of the few justices with the Chutzpah to shout out loud to the masses (by picking on the smallest group) -- that Conflict of Interest issues NOW loom Large.
.
While also stating simply that - one cannot claim to His Honor that "I am sorry your Honor - our firm was not familiar with "that" local Rule.
.
Changes are coming and a fantastic story is about to be Told.
