Talk about attempts to make a mountain out of a mole hill. The DOJ US Trustee's office has many more important things to do than to effort a way to seize a Congressionally protected asset under the guise that ipso facto should be applied. This is a veiled attempt to procure the one and only asset that 99 percent of all filers are likely to have so that a Chptr 7 fiduciary can get more.
GET REAL!
