We submitted our home affordable modification
paper work in March. we are current, but in an
option arm which went into full amortization June 2009.
We are really having trouble keeping up with the payment, and my husbands wage was brought down by
10 percent, which made matters worse. With payment
shock and lower income we should qualify, since
our payment is over 55 percent of my husbands
gross income. AFTER MONTHS OF RESUBMITTING PAPERWORK
THEY ALREADY RECEIVED. WE WERE DENIED, AND WE ASKED
3 SEPARATE PEOPLE WHY, AND WERE GIVEN THREE DIFFERENT ANSWERS. WE ARE DISPUTING IT, BUT WHEN I CALL MONDAY I'M AFRAID OUR PAPERWORK WILL BE PURGED. THIS IS SUCH
A NIGHTMARE!!!!! WE HAVE GIVEN THE BANK 4 MONTHS, AT ONE POINT WE WERE TOLD OUR FILE WAS COMPLETE AND WE
WERE ELIGIBLE. I CONTACTED THROUGH THE FINANCIAL STABILITY. GOV THE HOPE NOW PEOPLE. I HAVE BEEN
ASSIGNED A PERSON THAT WILL HELP REDO OUR FINANCIALS.
THE PERSON (DAN) I TALKED TO WITH WAMU/CHASE SAID IT
LOOKED LIKE SOMEONE MADE A MISTAKE AND WOULD PUT US
IN THE DISPUTE LINE OF PEOPLE.
TO MAKE A LONG STORY SHORT PLEASE CONGRESS GIVE PEOPLE
A WAY TO HELP THEMSELVES WITH BANKRUPCY, BECAUSE WE
COULD LOSE OUR HOME IF WE DO NOT GET A MODIFICATION....
