UST Report on Criminal Referrals in FY 2008

You can access the report here.  The UST made 1.471 criminal referrals during the year of which criminal charges were filed in 21 cases.

It is absolutely amazing how there are only less than 1500 referals out of 1.3 million cases and then less than 100 of them result in prosecution.

Every Police Chief in the nation would love to be able to fudge the numbers down like this.

It is almost as if the US Trustee's office wants to make itself useless.

The Key statistic missing from the report is the one on how many disqualifications are sought for false Rule 2014/2016 Affidavits and how many of those where provided Deliberately deceptive.

It is what the US Trustee reports are NOT saying that is the True tell-tale factor!
