With Chrysler now in bankruptcy, our attention will turn to whether Obama’s promise of a short and surgical bankruptcy, coupled with an alliance agreement with Fiat, will ultimately be realized. http://pfx.me/lK

Why is there no call for an investigation of what the Obama administration did to cause the UAW to get better terms than the secured debtors? It smells like Chicago politics. Why were the taxpayers given nothing? Was taxpayer money used to forge this UAW takeover? Were lenders faced with veiled threats, ultimatums? Would someone please explain to me how the rule of law can be circumvented by the President without an investigation!
