University of Chicago - Great Class on Bailouts

Three professors at the University of Chicago Law School are putting together a class for Winter 2009 called simply "Bailouts."  Profs. Baird, Henderson and Picker.  The draft syllabus can be accessed here.  The syllabus contains links to many of the documents they are assigning for reading.  Where do I sign up?
