"Lehman Brothers, Sharper Image, Bennigan's, and Beyond: Is Chapter 11 Bankruptcy Working?"

I don't think it's working. It may be working for the company but it sure doesn't work for the consumer. Take sharper image for example. They filed, voided all their gift cards? you have got to be kidding me. I work for a company that manages and tracks gift cards, and I've been following the whole ordeal on our blog. I interviewed some shoppers around an "ex-sharper image store." http://tinyurl.com/3g7bwg
