This may be a bad place to ask an opinion question about starting a Sub-Prime lending business being this blog seems to be all against the idea, but I would like to ask anyway. We are currently starting lending company for small healthcare loans (up to $1200) for specialty surgeries, deductables and more. Of course, do to the fact that our niche will be patients with poor credit, who desperatly need these health care services, our interest rates will be be rather high for bearing the risk. Could someone let me know if the think it would still be very high risk, considering the fact that the loans would be of small amounts. Any opinions appreciated!
