U.S. Announces Open Skies Agreement with St. Christopher and Nevis
The United States signed another Open Skies Agreement yesterday. The DOT announced the pact with St. Christopher and Nevis in a press release available here.

it's interesting to see such a large country negotiate with such a small one. I'm by no means an expert on open skies agreements, what is the benefit for the United States to have made such an agreement?
