Flight Rights Canada Implementation Uncertain
The Canadian government has yet to take action on the Flight Rights Canada initiative to inform airline passengers of their rights through signs and posters at the nation's airports according to a news report yesterday. The article provides a nice account of how political support for regulatory changes can erode between the time new regulations are first announced and the time they are implemented.
