No Injunction for United/Continental
As noted last week on the blog here, Judge Richard Seeborg was asked to issue an injunction blocking the United/Continental merger as part of a private antitrust lawsuit against the link-up. Yesterday, Judge Seeborg declined to block the deal, stating that the plaintiffs in the case had failed to show that they would be personally harmed by the merger.
