DOT Pro-Consumer Crackdown
The Department of Transportation announced yesterday that it was levying a series of fines against Hawaiian Airlines and US Airways for failure to properly disclose their codeshare arrangement to customers and a seperate fine against Continental for failing to adhere to the DOT's advertising regulations.
