The Competition Law Journal has a long-established reputation for providing competition practitioners with a reliable source of analysis on the law, economics and practice of competition law in the UK and EU. Its primary focus is on all aspects of UK competition law, from legal, economic and policy perspectives, and also addresses important developments in EU and international competition law. Combining authoritative editorial comment and articles, the Journal is edited and articles are written by leading practitioners in the field and includes analysis of essential case law, CMA and European Commission decisions and relevant economic analysis presented in an accessible, practitioner-focused manner.
The Hon Mr Justice Roth will serve as Consultant Editor and the journal looks forward to publishing the new issue in September 2018. This will be available in print and via our online platform, Elgaronline.
