Call for papers: China Antitrust Law Journal

CALL FOR PAPERS
Volume 2 (2018)
Deadline: March 1, 2018
The China Antitrust Law Journal (CHALJ) is a peer-reviewed, English language publication produced by LexisNexis in collaboration with the China Institute of International Antitrust and Investment (CIIAI). It was launched in the summer of 2017 with the aim of providing a platform among antitrust experts for discussion of issues which are particularly relevant to China, Hong Kong and the wider Asia-Pacific region.

The Editorial Board is currently accepting paper submissions for its forthcoming 2018 volume. The
pieces should be original and not previously published elsewhere. They should be of interest to in-house counsel and private practitioners, legal scholars with an interest in antitrust, and the wider antitrust community. They should be either fully-developed articles of between 8,000 and 12,000 words, or shorter commentary—of between 2,000 and 5,000 words—on recent developments which deal with the chosen subject matter clearly and efficiently.

Articles will be reviewed by the Editorial Board and will be subject to a double-blind peer-review process. Final publication decisions rest with the Editorial Board. Submissions from academics, practitioners, officials and in-house counsel are particularly welcome. Papers by postgraduate students, particularly PhD candidates, might be accepted provided that they meet the journal’s high quality standards and pass the peer-review process. Once the material is accepted for publication, it may not appear in published form, either on the Internet or in any other medium, before it is published in the CHALJ without seeking permission from the publisher.

The deadline for submission for the next volume is March 1, 2018.

Authors wishing to submit a piece should contact the Editorial Board to obtain a copy of the submission guidelines. An initial response from the Editorial Board can be expected within two weeks of submission. The full review process will take between 4 and 6 weeks.
Submissions and queries should be sent to:
