Press Release - Baer Now in Charge at DOJ Antitrust

The press release is here, which means that Bill Baer can really pop the cork from the champaign bottle tomorrow night. Baer is very qualified - one of the very elite antitrust practitioners in the United States. Let us also take a moment to thank the three very strong Acting DOJ Antitrust heads - Sharis Pozen, Joe Wayland and Renata Hesse who very capably ran the Division before we had a permanent head of the Antitrust Division.
