The View From China - Coke/Huiyuan Merger Decision by MOFCOM a Blunder

Patrick Chovanec, an Associate Professor at Tsinghua University's School of Economics and Management in Beijing, calls the MOFCOM decision on Coke/Huiyuan Beijing's Antitrust Blunder in an op-ed piece in the Wall Street Journal Asia. I voiced similar concern last week here.
