How does one apply for the Annual Books and Articles awards?

Magazines, television shows and newspapers have end of the year reviews and lists of the best of the year in various fields. We will do the same with an all-star cast of competition law and economics professors from around the world who have been following the antitrust literature for the past year and provide their picks in two categories- best book and best best article.
