Recent Evolutions in Antitrust Enforcement: A Comparative Perspective

Alberto Heimler, Director of Research at the Italian Competition Authority and the Chairman of Working Party 2 on “Competition and Regulation,” of the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) always has something insightful to say about antitrust.
