The newly re-designed OECD competition policy website includes the newly declassified discussion on Remedies and Sanctions in Abuse of Dominance Cases. ABSTRACT: This roundtable addressed the potential objectives of remedies and sanctions, general suggestions for designing effective remedies, specific types of remedies and sanctions along with their strengths and weaknesses, and the remedies and sanctions applied in recent abuse of dominance cases.
