Samsung's antitrust war chest
In response to a Department of Justice investigation of price fixing in the market for memory prices, South Korean company Samsung reportedly has put aside a $ 100million to cover potential DoJ fines. Infineon and Micron have already confessed to being involved in a price fixing conspiracy; Infineon has been fined $ 160 million for its involvement.
