Source for municipal law
From the monthly Library Update of the U.S. Court Library in Phoenix, Arizona, a recommended online source.
Website of the Month
http://www.municode.com/
This is the web address for a well-regarded publisher
of city, county, tribal, and other smaller jurisdictions’ codes and ordinances.
Municipal Code Corporation was founded in 1951 to codify municipal codes, as
many cities and other small jurisdictions found that being a book publisher was
an area of expertise they lacked. The
company’s website allows free online searching of the codes of such Arizona
American Indian nations, cities, and towns as Avondale, Fort McDowell Yavapai
Nation, Bullhead City, Scottsdale, Pima County, and Gila River Indian
Community.
