Is Nepotism Good or Bad??
My guess is that just about everyone has an opinion about whether Nepotism is good or bad. Now, a psychologist is going to undertake a study in order to try and answer this question. The study which is taking place is reported in Psychology Today and is available here.

Nepotism is being practice everywhere, maybe its because family members preferred to keep their business within the family only. But as far as professionalism is concern, nepotism creates a hole and negative impact in a business organization. Your other employee will feel that you're in favor of this person because she/he is family.
