Conference On The Theology and Dignity of Work This Friday and Sat. at St. John's Law School
This Friday (March 18th) and Saturday (March 19th), there is an important conference at St. John's Law School on the Theology and Dignity of Work. This conference could not be more timely and interesting. The list of speakers is unbelievable and include AFL-CIO President Richard Trumka, Edward Cardinal Egan, Archbishop Emeritus, Archdiocese of New York, NLRB Chair Wilma Liebman, UAW President Bob King, Theodore J. St. Antoine, Dean Emeritus, University of Michigan Law School; Past President National Academy of Arbitrators, Sam Estreicher, Professor of Law, NYU, Jack Ahern, President, New York City Central Labor Council as well as many others.
