Use of profanity toward a supervisor
Health & Hospitals Corp. (North Bronx Healthcare Network) v. Wolfe, OATH Index No. 2844/08
Evidence at the hearing established that a hospital service aide used profanity toward his supervisor and asked him to "step outside." ALJ Tynia Richard also credited the supervisor's testimony that the aide refused to watch the stockroom as directed. She recommended a suspension of 25 days.
