EEOC Publishes A Description of Significant Race and Color Discrimination Cases
The EEOC has published a description of significant race and color discrimination case that is available here. This is part of their E-Race initiative and this information may be helpful to researchers. This document summarizes the EEOC's actions in about 100 different cases from 2005 to the present time.
